- Responsibilities:
- Daily organization and smooth operation of the station
- Leadership, guidance, and coordination of the team
- Fleet supervision and management
- Ensuring a high level of customer service
- Monitoring the achievement of commercial and operational goals
- Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial/responsible role within the car rental industry
- Strong team leadership and coordination skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and computer literacy
- Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and customer-centric mindset
- Communication skills and the ability to handle demanding situations
- Valid driver's license
